WINDING ROAD PICTURES is an independent film company whose mandate is to write screenplays, and produce quality full length feature films. Winding Road Pictures' first mission, led by its founder; actor, writer and director Christian Gavin, is to demonstrate the ability of delivering a very interesting and commercially appealing product, despite limited means. After only nine years, Winding Road Pictures following the vision of Christian Gavin, has already shown its capability to come up with great stories, and its own unique way to put those images on screen. Winding Road Pictures takes great pride in its work ethic, and is determined to bring its movies to the world.
WINDING ROAD PICTURES has produced to date four feature length films, not to mention many short projects since its creation. The first project that saw the day was entitled: “American Tragedy”, an intense drama/suspense telling the story of three tugs taking people hostages. Not long after came “Years Apart” a family drama portraying two brothers and their sister struggling to keep the family unit. (Both American Tragedy and Years Apart are available on DVD); And “Secret Insanity”, a riveting horror/thriller film, telling the story of a couple in their new home, fighting the madness of their neighbors. “Secret Insanity” is now competing on the festivals circuit, and is also available on DVD. 2012 should be another busy year for WRP and Christian Gavin, since another six web episodes called “The Unfair” is slated for production this winter.
